Every year, 15 brothers from every Phi Psi chapter around the country are invited to spend an all-expense paid spring break in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with Brother Jerry Nelson. Brother Nelson, a co-founder of Ticketmaster, opens his home to us and provides an opportunity to spend a week learning about the fraternity, learning about leadership, and having an overall great time.

Brother Nelson is very well known around Cabo. His fame allows Phi Psi’s to enjoy special privleges at the best of Cabo night life.

The American Leadership Academy

Cabo Alpha provides a program which provide education and training for college students and alumni in the areas of leadership, scholarship, service, citizenship and free enterprise. The program promotes the value of education; the importance of honorable conduct and the application of ethics for good leadership, citizenship, patriotism and service; and healthy and successful lifestyles.
