GW has provided Phi Kappa Psi with a townhouse on F St. This location houses 6 brothers that make up the leadership of DC Alpha and is open for the rest of the chapter and all other brothers and alumni of Phi Kappa Psi. International House

GW has provided Phi Kappa Psi with housing on a floor of the International House dorm located at 2201 Virginia Ave. NW. During the 2010-2011 school year, 15 active brothers will be living in International House.

Each room includes a full kitchen, refrigerator, and a bathroom. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking the Potomac, Georgetown, and the National Cathedral.

The floors above are occupied by sororities Sigma Delta Tau, Alpha Epsilon Phi, and Pi Beta Phi, & Chi Omega.

Other Opportunities

Many brothers continue to live with each other outside of fraternity housing passing down from year to year certain houses or apartments. Brothers live in other houses, The Statesman, Ivory Towers, The Dakota, and various other places around campus and Foggy Bottom.
