This past fall our DC Alpha chapter was awarded a house on the prestigious townhouse row along 23rd street in Foggy Bottom. The move allowed us to increase the number of brothers in our house from 6 to 24. It also provides a location for brother around campus to stop in and eat lunch or rest between classes. This new house has fostered an increased sense of brotherhood and community within our fraternity and with a 10 year lease on our home the future for Phi Kappa Psi at the George Washington University looks very bright.
